If I Have an Idaho Workers Compensation Claim and Need to File, Where Do I Do That?  You should tell your employer right away if you are injured on the job.  In Idaho, if the employer fails or refuses to file a claim for you, you can do so by contacting the Idaho Industrial Commission at 1-800-950-2110 or www.iic.idaho.gov.  Remember, you should ensure that a claim is filed as soon as possible so that it is not determined to be untimely.  You can contact our office if you have additional questions regarding this process.
